- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Sino West Performing Arts is the Best in Santa Barbara and Goleta. Owner & Founder, Vicki and Dragon are phenomenal instructors. Both are truly dedicated to the profession of dance, completely in love with the idea of teaching children, kids and adults, the art of dancing. I LOVE taking classes at this studio. I have taken 2- 3 classes each week in the forms of ballet, Chinese dance, and exercise for the last 3 years. Everyone is very friendly and helpful - a family studio feel.
